Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy complemented by
Person Centred Counselling will be the approach used in
our session together.
The process can be rapid or ongoing depending on the
individual’s issues being addressed. All session are
confidential and in a safe secure environment.
Person centred counselling is all about you finding the
answers to parts of your life you are struggling with.
